Upper: Smooth Stretch woven upper offers a soft and secure fit by slowly stretching laterally and not stretching medially. Gusseted tongue construction provides a comfortable midfoot lockdown.

Midsole: MIZUNO ENERZY CORE provides excellent cushioning and energy return. MIZUNO WAVE structure creates two layers of EVA foam with different densities to boost stability without sacrificing comfort. MIZUNO ENERZY foam bottom layer for a soft and energetic ride.

Outsole: X10™ durable carbon rubber at the heel and midfoot increase durability and allow for smooth transitions.
