Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks (unless packaging remains unopened)
  • Hiking Shoes and Running Shoes that show signs of wear
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original packaging and include the completed return form. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: 3-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your exchange preference in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

Customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Ship using a trackable method
  • Include all customs documentation marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
